When purchasing a property we will ensure that your legal rights are preserved, conduct necessary searches as instructed by you and prepare all necessary documents to ensure legal title is transferred to you.  We will prepare all settlement adjustments (rates etc) and co-ordinate and attend settlement on your behalf.

When selling a property we will peruse the contract (prior to execution by you if requested) co-ordinate and attend settlement on your behalf and ensure that any mortgages will be released at settlement.  Following settlement we will ensure the net settlement funds are deposited to your nomiated bank account or forwarded to you by way of a secure bank cheque.

If you are disposing of property on the breakdown of a marriage or defacto relationship you should contact us before signing any contracts to ensure your legal rights under the Family Law Act or state defacto property legislation are protected.

Stamp Duty:
Queensland State Government stamp duty will be payable on all purchases.  Different rates apply and reductions may apply for Principal Place of Residence and First Home Buyers.  Please ask us so that a personal assessment can be made for you.
